We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old
You have authority to represent your brand/company

3. Service Agreement & Approval

All campaigns require written approval via:

Email confirmation
Signed agreement
Invoice confirmation

Project timelines begin only after receiving advance payment.

4. Intellectual Property

All strategies, campaign structures, marketing concepts, and creatives developed by Create n Post remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may not resell or reuse our strategies without written permission.

5. Campaign Performance Disclaimer

Create n Post is committed to delivering high-quality influencer marketing and strategic brand campaigns designed to maximize engagement, visibility, and return on investment (ROI).

While we implement proven strategies and industry best practices to help improve brand growth, sales, and audience reach, marketing outcomes may vary due to factors beyond our control, including audience behavior, market trends, and platform algorithm changes.

Specific sales figures, engagement metrics, or ROI cannot be guaranteed unless explicitly agreed upon in a written performance-based agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Create n Post shall not be liable for:

Platform algorithm changes
Influencer delays beyond our control
Indirect or consequential business losses

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

Payments are delayed
False information is provided
Terms are violated

PAYMENT POLICY

1. Advance Payment

50% advance payment is required before project initiation.
Remaining 50% must be cleared before final campaign execution or content publishing.

For retainer services, full monthly payment is due at the start of each month.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

UPI
Bank Transfer
Razorpay / Payment Gateway
Net Banking

3. Late Payments

Delayed payments beyond 7 days may result in:

Campaign pause
Late fees (if applicable)
Service termination

4. GST & Taxes

All invoices are exclusive of applicable GST under Indian taxation laws. GST will be added where applicable.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Non-Refundable Services

Once campaign execution has started, payments are non-refundable.

2. Influencer Booking

If influencers are booked and confirmed, the amount paid towards influencer fees is non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Before Start

If cancellation occurs before work begins, partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative and consultation charges.

4. Digital Services Clause

As services provided are digital in nature, refunds are not applicable once service execution has commenced.

For influencer marketing and UGC collaborations that require physical products, the brand or business is responsible for delivering the product directly to the selected creators or influencers.

Create N Post acts as a campaign management and coordination partner, helping brands connect with the right creators and ensuring smooth campaign execution.

Our role includes:
• Influencer sourcing and creator matching
• Campaign planning and coordination
• Communication with creators
• Content approval and campaign execution
• Post tracking and delivery

Any additional payout, payment, or compensation to influencers beyond the selected campaign package will depend on the brand’s requirements and agreement with the creator. These payouts are handled based on the brand’s collaboration needs.

Create N Post manages the campaign coordination, while product logistics and any additional creator compensation remain the responsibility of the brand or business.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed under the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
