We are currently expanding our global reach and looking for motivated Freelance Business Development Partners who can help us grow in the UK market.
Role Overview
As a Freelance Business Development Partner, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding brands that are interested in influencer marketing, creator collaborations, and digital promotion services through Create N Post.
This role is ideal for individuals who have strong networking skills, sales experience, or connections with startups and brands in the UK market.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and connect with potential brands, startups, and businesses in the UK market
• Pitch Create N Post’s influencer marketing and collaboration services
• Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into clients
• Maintain professional communication with potential clients
• Coordinate with the internal team for campaign onboarding and execution
• Build long-term relationships with brands for recurring collaborations
Compensation
This is a commission-based freelance opportunity.
• 50% revenue share on every successful deal you close
• Unlimited earning potential
• Opportunity to earn in international currency (USD/GBP) depending on client deals

Requirements
• Experience in sales, business development, marketing, or client acquisition (preferred but not mandatory)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Understanding of influencer marketing or digital marketing is a plus
• Ability to work independently and generate leads
• Access to or familiarity with the UK startup/brand ecosystem is highly preferred
